Spinal Outcome Assessment Program (SOAP) allows health professionals to collect outcomes data on patients who undergo spinal interventions. This app allows for the user to collect data from Visual Analog Scores (VAS), Oswestry Disability Scores (Neck, ONDI and Back, OBDI) and the RAND 36-item SF-36 version 1 Health Survey. The app will collect all the patient data and then perform the analyses and allow exporting of data as well as graphs! This will allow health care providers to collect deindentified patient outcome data on their patients using validated and appropriate outcome measures that can be used to audit practices, allow surgeons to assess patient outcomes and help with negotiations with payers and hospitals.

This program will allow health care providers (especially surgeons) to collect real-time validated patient outcome data on their patients with spinal disorders in a seamless and real-time fashion and use that data for apractice audit as well as negotiation with payers and hospitals.
